We are a fast-growing South Indian quick-service restaurant (QSR) based in Bangalore, and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support the expansion of our business. **Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and attract customers.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engaging with the online community.
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) activities and monitor website performance.
- Assist in analyzing digital marketing metrics and providing insights for optimization.

**Influencer Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, including content creation and monitoring campaign performance.
- Track and analyze the impact of influencer marketing activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Marketing Collaterals**:

- Support the development of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, posters, menus, and promotional materials.
- Assist in ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate with designers and printers to ensure timely production of high-quality collaterals.

**Marketing Content and Communication**:

- Support the development and management of a content calendar.
- Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

**Store Events**:

- Support the planning and execution of events and promotions at our store to attract and engage customers.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Participate in event analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and experience with managing influencer campaigns.
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting.
- Basic knowledge of marketing collaterals design and production.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
