As a Marketing Executive at Doctor's Hub, you will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of our services through various marketing activities. You will work closely with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to build and maintain strong relationships, coordinate events, and establish corporate tie-ups. Your role will involve a combination of fieldwork, strategic planning, and coordination with the digital marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Doctor & Consultant Engagement**:

- Engage daily with doctors and consultants within a 5 km radius.
- Make a minimum of 10 calls daily to doctors/consultants to promote services and distribute referral pads.
- **Site Visits & Conversion**:

- Conduct site visits to ensure the conversion of at least two doctors every month.
- **Event Organization & Coordination**:

- Organize 4-5 health camps and activities in corporate settings and societies as per the guidelines of Doctor’s Hub.
- Arrange quarterly Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions with doctors.
- **Corporate Tie-ups**:

- Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups within a 5 km radius.
- **Digital Marketing Coordination**:

- Work closely with the digital marketing and tele-caller teams to ensure the execution of marketing strategies.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Follow daily reporting procedures and adhere to guidelines provided by Doctor’s Hub.
- Hospital tie-ups and coordination activities as needed.
- Ensure daily reporting; absence may be considered as leave for the day.
- **Professional Standards**:

- Maintain a professional appearance, including being in uniform and clean-shaven.
- Adhere to hygiene standards while on duty.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned locations.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical sales: 2 years (preferred)
