As a Tailor at Abrreva, you will play a crucial role in bringing our creative visions to life. You will be responsible for creating patterns, crafting samples, and ensuring impeccable stitching for our garments. We are looking for an individual who not only possesses excellent stitching skills but also brings valuable insights and expertise to the table. You will collaborate closely with our design team to execute their concepts with precision and finesse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop patterns and construct samples based on design specifications.
- Execute stitching and sewing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with designers to understand their vision and provide input on feasibility and execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to enhance product quality and innovation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Participate in fittings and adjustments as needed to achieve desired garment fit and quality.
- Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of samples and prototypes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tailor or similar role in the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in pattern making, sample development, and garment construction.
- Strong stitching and sewing skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, materials, and garment construction techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to offer valuable input and suggestions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work, samples of garments, and drafts.
- Willingness to participate in a test to demonstrate skills and fit for the role.
