**Position**: Computer Operator

**Location**: Mandideep

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. **Excel Proficiency**:Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.

3. **Software Expertise**:Proficiency in software tools, including but not limited to Tally ERP and Zoho, for accounting and operational functions.

4. **Invoice and Billing**:Responsible for accurate invoice and bill processing.

5. **Data Entry**: Input data accurately into databases and systems.

6. **Record Keeping**:Maintain and organize electronic and paper records.

7. **Quality Control**:Perform data quality checks and rectify errors.

8. **Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members and other departments for information exchange and issue resolution.

9. **Adherence to Procedures**: Follow established procedures and guidelines for data management and operational tasks.

10. **Flexibility**: Be open to working occasional overtime to meet specific project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software, especially Tally ERP and Zoho.
- Previous experience in data entry or computer operations is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- advance excel: 1 year (required)
- SAP ERP: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
