**Key Responsibilities**

1. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements for special purpose machinery.

2. Conceptualization: Develop creative and efficient design concepts.

3. CAD Modelling: Build detailed 3D models & 2D drawing.

4. Mechanical Design: Design mechanical components and systems, considering factors such as materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.

5. Electrical Integration: Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate control systems, sensors, and automation components into the overall machine design.

6. Prototyping: Oversee the prototyping phase, working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the practicality and functionality of the designed Fixture/SPM.

7. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure the performance and safety of the developed Fixture/SPM.

8. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design specifications, changes, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

9. Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, and clients.

**Qualifications, Skills & Abilities**
- BE / Diploma - Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, EEE, Robotics.
- 2-5 year experience in designing SPM’s.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks / Creo).
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
