**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Design & Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality, interactive training programs tailored to specific roles and business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Should be able to deliver training onnWBS software
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Create and continuously update training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Incorporate innovative teaching techniques and tools to ensure engagement and retention.
- **Needs Assessment**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and develop customized learning solutions.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis and align programs with organizational goals.
- **Mentorship & Leadership**:

- Mentor junior trainers and provide guidance to ensure the consistency and quality of training delivery.
- **Evaluation & Reporting**:

- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Present insights and reports to stakeholders, recommending improvements to maximize impact.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with MD, HR, Learning & Development, and Operations teams to ensure training programs align with company culture and strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate them into training strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). B.Com, M. Com, Hospitality Management, Cabin crew - hospitality, Hotel Management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
