Log complaints and service requests, ensuring clear documentation of the issue.
- Follow up on all customer complaints until resolution, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Handle toll-free number calls effectively, ensuring that customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, product details, and troubleshooting.
- Create service tokens for customer requests, ensuring that the correct service personnel is assigned.
- Ensure all customer service requests are prioritized and communicated to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a log of service requests and ensure that all required details are recorded.
- Coordinate with authorized service centers regarding service-related issues, including repairs, faults, and billing inquiries.
- Ensure accurate service billing and follow up on payment-related issues.
- Resolve any queries regarding services provided by authorized centers.
- Offer first-line support for common product issues, troubleshooting with the customer as required.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex troubleshooting and solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and continuously work to improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all service-related communications, customer complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports regarding service requests, status updates, and customer feedback for management review.
- Ensure that service standards are adhered to and customers receive high-quality support.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance to ensure continuous improvement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
