Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
Study In Bengaluru is hiring an enthusiastic and results-driven **Inside Sales Executive** to drive student enrollments. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, provide program details, and guide them throughout the admissions process. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a strong sales mindset, we’d love to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide counseling on course details, eligibility, career opportunities, and admissions processes.
- Handle inbound inquiries and generate outbound leads through proactive follow-ups.
- Guide students through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to course registration.
- Maintain accurate lead records and interactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in online/offline admission campaigns, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to stay updated on promotions, program changes, and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and KPIs.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or student enrollment (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Passionate about student success and education.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
