**Responsibilities for Sales Executive**
- Responsible for the placement and sales of our brand in Retail Outlets.
- Managing the relationships with the retail departments effectively. Work actively towards building professional relationships with potential and existing customers which will increase sales revenue.
- Greet customers when they walk through the door.
- Achieve targeted profits, sales turnover and customer service levels as outlined and agreed to in the business plan.
- Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four Options.
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
- Monitor availability and sales of the product across all retail channels.
- 9. Breaking through competition activities and penetrating the product portfolio in the targeted retail store.
- 10. Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order form store (if needed).
- 11.Cross selling and upselling to each and every customer when appropriate, such as cushion covers, curtains and bed covers etc.
- 12.Build and maintain professional networks and meet with potential customers to determine their needs.
- 13.Sales MIS as per the management’s format.

**Qualifications for Sales Executive**
1. One year experience in Sales in same field or fresher.

2. Competency in English/Hindi/Regional language.

3. Ability to convert customer into sales and understanding of customer needs.

4. Ability to probe and find out the need of a customer and deliver the same.

5. self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

6. Fast learner and quick thinker and passionate about sales.

7. Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 6 years (preferred)
- Counter sales: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
