**Description**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Account payable for merchandises payments including following up unmatched GRIR item with documentation team, Inventory Control team and Merchandising team to ensure payment on time
- Process manual invoices, debit and credit memos with vendors & follow up any issues for the payments
- Prepare payment proposals for merchandise purchase payments include checking last’s payment confirmation, checking price variance and collect related supporting document for payments
- Follow up with vendors for any enquiries related to invoices, outstanding balance and issues of the payments
- Assist and provide supporting documents to internal and external auditors- Support for month end closing for preparing and reviewing journal entries and schedules analyses
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis

**Experience and Education**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related
- Relevant SAP experience required
