**About Us**

Fingrow Hub is a fast-growing finance education and content platform, building engaging videos and resources on stock markets, investments, accounting, and US taxation. We are looking for a creative yet detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Executive to join our in-office team.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Video Editing (Short-form & Long-form)**:

- Edit finance and business-related YouTube videos (explainers, analysis, opinions).
- Create short-form reels/clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Add graphics, captions, transitions, and thumbnails to make content engaging.
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, and quality across all content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, schedule, and post content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Write captions, add hashtags, and monitor engagement.
- Assist in creating posters, infographics, and other visual content for marketing.
- Stay updated with finance trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
- **Finance Content Awareness**:

- Understand and adapt complex financial/accounting/US taxation topics into easy-to-consume content.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm content ideas and creative approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).
- Familiarity with YouTube & Instagram content trends.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Interest/understanding of finance, business, or accounting is a **big plus**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
