**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for branding, marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media content, and more.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align designs with overall brand strategy.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital interfaces, ensuring usability and user experience are prioritized.
- Produce final design files and assets, ensuring they are optimized for both print and digital formats.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all materials and platforms.
- Review and provide feedback on designs created by junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools to continuously innovate and refine design processes.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure design specifications are met.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
- Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with print production and knowledge of print processes Plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
