**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal collections, including apparel, accessories, and other fashion items.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and generate new ideas for product lines.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Select fabrics, trims, and materials appropriate for each design, considering quality, cost, and production feasibility.
- Work closely with patternmakers, sample makers, and manufacturers to ensure accurate prototyping and production of designs.
- Participate in fittings and garment alterations to achieve desired fit and style.
- Maintain awareness of production timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of collections.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for buyer meetings, fashion shows, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, attend fashion events, and seek inspiration from diverse sources to continually innovate and evolve the brand's aesthetic.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in a similar role or fashion house.
- Strong portfolio showcasing original design work and creative abilities.
- Knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and têxtiles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for color, proportion, and aesthetics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing design requirements and market demands.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of global trends, consumer behavior, and cultural influences.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
