**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Aam Aadmi Patrika's brand and content.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to highlight key stories and features that align with marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, sponsors, and partners.
- Organize and participate in events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the media industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience and Education**:

- Minimum 2 years or more experience in the relevant field

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- English And Hindi (preferred)
