Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Sourcer to assist our team in targeting and arranging daily sales activities.

This role will involve sourcing and setting up engagements with banks, medical shops, societies, gyms, parks, and other high-traffic locations to maximize our sales outreach.

Responsibilities:

- Daily Targeting: Identify and arrange potential daily sales spots such as banks and medical shops.
- Weekend Focused Events: Plan and organize promotional activities at societies, gyms, parks, and other high-engagement locations during weekends.
- Sales Support: Coordinate closely with the sales team to support and streamline sales efforts.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities and build a robust pipeline of targeted locations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders for consistent access to targeted locations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new spots and optimize event placements.
- Reporting: Maintain daily records of arranged locations, lead progress, and event outcomes

Qualifications:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales sourcing, field sales, or a similar role.
- Education: Graduate in any field.

- Location Familiarity: Knowledge of Central Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for optimal location targeting.
