Electrical Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You will manage a team of sales associates, provide training and development, and ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Have more than 4 year work experience as electrical site supervisor.
- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates.
- Provide training and development to staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory and stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data.
- Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager on promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Store Manager.
- Maintain strong product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address any operational issues promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Proven work experience as an electrical store supervisor.
- Have proper knowledge of electrical equipement.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
