**Job Title: Plant Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including vehicle processing, material handling, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet quotas and deadlines
- Manage a team of employees, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify and address any potential hazards
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Track inventory levels and manage the flow of materials throughout the plant
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and store
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- 12th passed any graduate and ITI diploma holder
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or recycling environment
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
