Offenso Hackers Academy is a leading cybersecurity training company dedicated to empowering the next generation of digital defenders. Our academy offers comprehensive and practical training programs designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to defend against cyber threats and safeguard digital assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Offenso Hackers Academy's cybersecurity training programs to colleges and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with college administrators, faculty, and student organizations to drive awareness and participation in our programs.
- Organize and attend promotional events, workshops, and seminars on college campuses to engage with students and promote our training offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital content, tailored to the college audience.
- Provide feedback and insights from college campuses to inform future marketing initiatives and program enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Students currently pursuing their degree are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Previous experience in college marketing or student outreach is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
