Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring engaging and relevant content is posted regularly.

Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform digital strategies.

Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, to measure ROI and effectiveness.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in campaigns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, etc.).

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
