
Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote properties and real estate services.
- Identify target audiences and tailor digital marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and multimedia producers to develop high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the real estate brand's messaging and objectives.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the real estate brand's presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics to assess performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Foster community engagement, respond to inquiries, and address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Website Optimization and Analytics:
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to refine digital marketing strategies and enhance overall online presence and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Provide support for sales initiatives, promotional events, and real estate projects by developing relevant digital marketing materials and campaigns.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, share insights, and optimize marketing strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
