Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects efficiently and on time.
- Effectively maintain relationships with all clients.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle.
- Co-ordinate with clients and installation teams and share weekly site status or client-side delays with your reporting manager.
- Update statuses on Project Management Software
- Ensure mínimal escalations.
- Co-ordinate with clients civil contractors and monitor their work to ensure good quality work as per elevator requirements
- Understanding drawings and co-ordinating with the clients to ensure the lift shaft is readied as per Company guidelines
- Visit sites for inspections or client meetings when required
- Support sales team in understanding the site in pre-sales and suggest the best possible options for the external structure as per client’s budget.
- Based on planning and completion dates, follow up different teams to ensure deadlines are not missed
- Effectively maintain relationships with all vendors.
- Ensure all vendor works are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.

Inspect the fabricated structure work thoroughly and provide approvals for payments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
