Sr. Technical Executive
Account Management - Work Dynamics (region/country)
**What this job involves**:
Executing flawless technical activities
As the go-to person in all things technical, you’ll keep the Company up to speed on operating and utilities costs. Together with the building manager, you will monitor the invoices for technical services rendered. Aside from these, you’ll keep an eye out on the maintenance practices of our contractors to ensure that their scope of work is aligned with manufacturer recommendations and our own preventive maintenance standards.
Daily to daily round of critical rooms and upkeep the critical environment.
Monitoring the daily-to-daily electrical activity.
Vendor assistance for R&M activity and ensure quality work delivery.
Assist to the AFM for technical update.
Assist Audit preparation.
Conducting the Training of support staff.
Preparation of maintenance schedule of electrical systems.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance as per 52-week calendar.
Support for continuous development via operation requirements to maintain smooth operations.
Continuous improvement plan via daily operations
Assist in the setup of M&E systems and to conduct maintenance when necessary.
Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality.
Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
Share initiative to reduce the EC consumption.
Perform manual repairs when necessary.
Update and share the daily report to management.
Preparation of SLA and MMR and on time submission to management.
Implementation of CMMS and other client tools.
Proper incident reporting and CAPA implementation.
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.
Preparation of quotations and proposals.
Prepare and submit work progress and incident reports to the Building / Facilities Manager.
Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
You’ll also oversee the repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electricity and lighting fixtures, and other equipment and supplies. Moreover, you’ll be in charge of performing routine inspection, inventory and documentation of these systems.

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation is a responsibility that requires impeccable leadership skills. You’ll demonstrate this by overseeing our electricians and their scope of work. You’ll also work closely with pretty much everyone across the board--from superiors to peers and subordinates.
Aside from our internal teams, you’ll also be the main point of contact for our vendors for all maintenance services. Churning out reports will also be part of your mandate. In this role, you’ll monitor our maintenance activities, and produce daily and weekly summary reports on these activities.
