**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE**

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database. Provide information about our products or services.

Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.

Generate leads and follow up on them.

Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven experience as a customer service or similar customer service role.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Good listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to understand customer requirements.

Strong work ethic and self-motivated.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.
