**Hiring for esteemed client of Sanskruti Solutions (Bio-IT Co.)**

**Position**: Bioinfromatician

**Job Location**: Wakad (Pune) / Powai (Mumbai)

**Your Role in brief**:
In this role, you would work as an interface to define requirements taking into consideration both client requirements and internal priorities. These requirements should be effectively converted into product specifications. You have to closely work with the product development team to explain the overall product roadmap, design and specific user flows of the product. You will also have an opportunity to work closely with our customers to understand their specific requirements and fit that into the overall product planning.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategize and execute growth of existing product lines and define new requirements

Creatively communicate new features on the platform using written / video content / creating prototypes

Work closely with customer facing team to gather and analyse customer problems, use cases and define product adoption

Aid in onboarding new users / studies on to the platform

Work in a multi-disciplinary team with biologists, engineers, product team and data scientists

**Must to have skills / experience background**:
Masters (with 3-5 years of relevant experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biology or related technical discipline.

**Relevant experience in multi-omics data analysis, development of scalable bioinformatics pipelines and experience with public omics repositories (eg. TCGA, GEO, CCLE, DeepMap, etc.)**

**Proficient in a programming language used for data analysis such as Python or R.**

Experience in working in client-facing roles with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers

Experience of leading teams and projects is preferred.

Empathetic, positive attitude with a passion to help our customers reach their goals.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Data Science, Product, Marketing, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
