**Job Descritpion of Datadog Command Center Admin**:
4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
- Experience in understanding the Application technical architecture, backend and its traffic flow and analyzing its health using various Monitoring Tools.
- Good knowledge and Hands-on experience in Datadog tool for dashboard creation, metrics, synthetic tests etc.
- Azure resources management in terms of Architecture, Implementation, configuration, Administration.

**Good-to-Have**
- Good Communication skill, Knowledge of monitoring concepts.
- Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role.
- Ready to work on 24/7 Rotational Shift.
- Experience with, and ability to utilize, monitoring tools.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders like business, development, and ops teams.
- Able to exhibit tendencies to be self-starting and not wait for signals; Able to take action beyond what is required and volunteers to take on new assignments; Able to complete assignments independently without constant supervision.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks including management of accounts, handling incident and service request tickets, priority incident resolution.
- Good knowledge and Hands-on experience in Datadog tool.
- Exposure to Site core, Web Platform hosting and its backend system understanding.
- Understanding of Mulesoft, Salesforce cloud services.
- Create custom scripts to automate support processes wherever applicable.
- Ability to identify issues at Azure resources level and resolve.
- Good exposure to SQL Queries, Dot Net, REST API and other tools integrations.
- Good knowledge and Hands-on experience in Scripting like Phyton, PowerShell etc.
- Willingness to solve complicated monitoring challenges and see projects through to completion.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues with technical problems, knowledge sharing/mentoring.
