Business Title: Senior Manager - Finance

Internal Title: Controlling Professional

Location : Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensures coherence with superior controlling standards, policies and procedures
- Planning and review Zone India budgets and provides actual vs plan reports
- Monitors financial performance, provides KPI analysis and prepares commentary on respective performance reporting and forecasts.
- Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
- Free Cash flow planning and working capital management at Company level.
- Analyse, prepare and review the unit's investments and expenditures and provide reporting.
- Oversee the day-to-day controlling, financial analysis and operations.
- Coordinate with Business Area/Business Line controlling teams.
- Cause & Effect analysis - to provide the insights on deviations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and relevant Accounting standards, ensure clean books and records.

**Experience & Qualification**:

- CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance
- 6 -7 years of experience in a Accounting & Controlling role
