Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as a Control Manager. This role involves monitoring controls across various programs to ensure compliance with firm-wide standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They will also have knowledge of dashboard tools such as QlikView/QlikSense and Tableau.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor controls across various programs to ensure compliance with firm-wide standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform application testing to ensure systems meet expectations and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain MIS and Governance material to support business control managers and business managers.
  • Partner with teams across locations to deliver high-quality data and support the implementation of the Control Framework.
  • Identify and communicate control gaps, risks, and propose improvements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Oversight and Governance model and maintain consistent and timely reporting and metrics.
  • Support ad-hoc MIS requests to support businesses and the program manager.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Intermediate Excel skills and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge in dashboard tools such as QlikView/QlikSense and Tableau.
