**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop high-quality, creative content for **social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns**.
- Create and edit **photos, videos, and reels** for promotional and brand-related activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and impactful content.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to create relevant content strategies.
- Write engaging **captions, scripts, and short-form content** for social media posts and videos.
- Maintain the company’s tone of voice and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage social media calendars and schedule regular posts to boost engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, etc.) to improve content effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in **Media, Marketing, Journalism, Communication**, or a related field.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)**, or mobile editing apps.
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms** (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

**Experience**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- **Freshers with strong creative portfolios** are also encouraged to apply.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creativity and strong visual sense.
- Good photography and video editing abilities.
- Understanding of current digital and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and innovative mindset.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
