Job Overview

We are looking for a QA Lead with 10+ yrs. of experience in manual plus automation Testing and QA activities, to join our team of IT professionals. As a QA Lead, you will be liaising with the Developers and Project Managers to identify and test key features of software programs. Apart from testing, you should be able to develop well-planned and structured test plans/cases, test strategy. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent troubleshooting abilities. As a QA lead you should possess leadership skills to manage QA team. You should provide suggest different testing approach to client long with identifying the scope of testing.

Mandatory Skills
- Manual testing
- API Testing using POSTMAN.
- Selenium, C# - 4 - 6 year test automation experience.
- Sound SQL Knowledge.
- Database testing experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify test tools for different platforms like web, API, window etc.
- Identify various best tools for test reporting, test management, test automation.
- Guide and mentor to testing team.
- Collaborate with developers and QAs to improve testability, automation, and tools.
- Preparing automation scripts.
- Execute automated test during sprint and release cycles.
- Troubleshooting automation software issues.
- Creating automation test plans and cases.
- Preparing detailed automation test reports.
- Reviewing technical specifications and design documents.
- Database testing.
- Define and maintain test sign off policy.
