**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused **Service Advisor** to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. This role ensures smooth communication, timely service delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and accurately understand their service needs.
- Prepare job cards and clearly explain service estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient service completion.
- Provide regular updates to customers on service progress and delivery schedules.
- Promote and upsell value-added services, extended warranties, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,278.80 - ₹27,896.86 per month
