**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting overall financial operations. The role involves maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, handling bank reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and process all financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
- Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for payments and collections.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and relevant regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
- Experience in handling reconciliations and financial audits.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
