At Finance, we connect with management and handle all functions related to the company’s financial well-being. We work on organization’s capital funds, including acquiring and managing these funds. Often overlooked, the finance team has the knowledge to teach how to effectively grow the business apart from maintaining the books and providing reports to top management.

- Support the management of any historical financial data requirement in terms of Expenses, Payables, Receivables and audit requirements

**What do we look for in you?**
- Managing all accounting operations including billing, AR,/AP, revenue recognition, collections, and payouts
- Reviewing ledgers and co-ordinating with the team for book closure activities (monthly and annual) for all Group companies.
- Managing and complying with government reporting requirements such as GST, TDS and other statutory & regulatory compliances.
- Ensuring vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and reconciling credit card accounts.
- Preparing variance analysis reports on variances from the established budget, and reporting reasons for those variances.
- Preparing and maintaining cash flow analysis as needed.
- Strong Accounting Knowledge on Ledger reconciliations, Invoice accounting, Bank entries
- A degree in MBA, CMA/CS/CA Inter (should not be writing exams), B.Com and any Finance background
- 2+ years’ experience in Finance with good excel skills
- Exposure to working in an ERP environment preferably Zoho
- Collaborative team player with a learner mindset who gets energy driving outcomes
