Mother Teacher

**Job Title**: Mother Teacher (Primary Grades)

We are looking for a caring and dedicated **Mother Teacher** for primary classes (Nursery to Grade II). The Mother Teacher plays a vital role in nurturing young learners, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social development in a warm and supportive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Focus on the holistic development of each child - academic, emotional, and behavioral.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss student progress and well-being.
- Observe and support individual learning needs and pace.
- Foster good habits, discipline, and values in young learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with D.El.Ed./B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in early childhood or primary teaching preferred.
- Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills in English and the regional language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
