**Job Description for Mother TeacherPosition**: Mother Teacher (Primary School)

**Role Summary**:

- Build close, positive relationships with each child to support their emotional, social, and academic growth.
- Plan and execute engaging lessons that are developmentally appropriate and aligned with curriculum goals.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing feedback to help students improve.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Communicate regularly with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
- Instill foundational values such as sharing, respect, responsibility, and empathy.
- Support children in adjusting to school routines, developing social skills, and learning appropriate classroom behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education, with relevant teaching certification.
- Understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate teaching methods.
- Exceptional communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to create a caring, safe, and structured environment conducive to young learners’ needs.
- Passionate about working closely with young children and fostering their early development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
