**Role Summary**:
As a part of PURE, you will be joining the **Sales Executive (PuREPower) Team**, responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in the energy storage (backup) products in the solar and UPS market segments.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential B2C and B2B customers, developing strong client relationships, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies, appoint dealers/distributors and meet revenue targets.
A successful **Sales Executive**should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of solar energy and UPS markets. The role requires proactive market research, customer engagement, and the ability to effectively convey product benefits to clients.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and UPS sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
**Qualifications/ Requirements**:
- A **minimum of 4 years of experience** in sales and distribution of **Solar & UPS solutions** is required.
- Experience in **power backup, energy storage solutions, or related industries** is an added advantage.
- Must have a **strong understanding of solar energy systems, UPS solutions, batteries, inverters, and power management systems**.
- Should have expertise in **B2B and B2C sales**, handling **key accounts**, and **driving revenue growth**.
- Knowledge of **solar industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor analysis** is essential.
- Must have **excellent communication and negotiation skills**.
- Should be able to **explain technical solutions clearly, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships**.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
