**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Representative with at least 2 years of experience in the **real estate industry**. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, managing client relationships, generating qualified leads, and closing sales for various real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and/or investment properties. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and help clients find properties that meet their needs and investment goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Make proactive outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and renters to promote available properties and services, answer inquiries, and provide information on listings.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring high-quality prospects are moved forward in the sales process.
- **Property Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's real estate portfolio, including property features, prices, and current market trends to effectively answer client queries and provide tailored recommendations.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate with potential clients to close deals and facilitate smooth transactions for property purchases, sales, or rentals.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule property viewings, meetings with agents, and follow-up calls to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs set by the company.
- **Database Management**: Accurately enter and track customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and lead management.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with local market trends, property prices, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant and timely information.
- **Follow-Up & Closing**: Actively follow up with leads that have shown interest in properties, overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and closing sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation activities, share feedback, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues related to the sales process.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience within the **real estate industry**, including experience in selling residential, commercial, or investment properties over the phone.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, legalities, and financial products related to property transactions (e.g., mortgages, down payments).
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. Ability to explain complex property details and financial concepts clearly.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and real estate-specific software/tools.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure win-win outcomes for both clients and the company.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently and maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus. Real estate certification or license is a bonus (depending on jurisdiction).
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly adjust sales strategies based on customer needs and market conditions.
- **Customer-Focused**: A client-first mindset with the ability to understand client needs and match them with the right properties.
