**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services and effectively articulating their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-up calls and active communication.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to address their specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Use scripts and sales strategies to engage potential customers, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using the provided CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and share insights.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products/services.
- Attend sales training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance selling skills and techniques.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and insights.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or related roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Persuasive and persistent with excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Prior experience in the industry of the products/services being offered is a plus.
