**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven **Social Media Marketing Specialist** to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving audience growth, and building brand awareness. This role requires someone who understands trends, content strategy, and how to turn engagement into action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement across platforms and suggest content optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team, designers, and video editors for brand-aligned campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports (reach, engagement, growth, ROI).
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt voice/tone for different platforms.
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic video editing or design tools is a bonus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Experience in running paid ad campaigns and A/B testing.
- Passion for social media trends, branding, and storytelling.
