Assessing students' academic and social development, maintaining necessary records, creating
- progress reports and meeting emotional needs while being sensitive to the child's feelings and

- Coordinating and supervising the preschool personnel, which includes aides, volunteers, and
- assistant teachers.
- Facilitating the all-around development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential.
- Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective
- observations to assess the children’s progress and their effectiveness
- Using a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs
- of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable
- a smooth transition.
- Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting)
- strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising
- into daily classroom practice
- Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with
- team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents.

- **Requirements**:

- Education: Preferably certified in early years education
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead/Head teacher in pre-primary teaching.
- Organizational skills: Highly organized, able to plan and organize daily activities, and manage
- administrative tasks.
- Creativity and flexibility: Creative and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of young children
- and create engaging and fun learning experiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: good listener with attention to detail in case of children, patient, ability to remain
- calm even in challenging situations, good conflict resolution skills and empathetic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
