- Operate scanning equipment, such as scanners, document imaging software, and related tools, to convert physical documents into digital formats.
- Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, or any other obstructions.
- Arrange documents in the correct order and orientation for efficient scanning.
- Adjust scanning settings, such as resolution, color depth, and file format, according to specific requirements.
- Perform quality checks on scanned images to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Identify and troubleshoot scanning equipment issues or malfunctions, and escalate technical problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a log or database of scanned documents, recording relevant information such as file names, dates, and any specific indexing or categorization requirements.
- Ensure the proper storage and organization of physical documents before and after scanning.
- Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive or confidential documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and manage the scanning workload.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to document management, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
