Collated Ventures designs and develops purpose-built real estate projects that cater to the evolving needs of our users. Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as community living, senior living, experiential retail, flexible workspaces, and urban communities. Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township, and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Support the procurement team in preparing and issuing purchase orders, RFQs (Request for Quotation), and RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Participate in negotiations with vendors to secure favourable terms and pricing.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking inventory levels.
- Assist in reviewing and analysing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal accounts team for the invoicing.
