On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners and a slew of angel investors including CRED’s Kunal Shah, Flipkart’s Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy founders, Udaan’s Sujeet Kumar among others.

The individual in this role is responsible for supporting a student through his/her journey as a student at Newton School. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive experience and enhance relations with students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding student persona, education path & career aspirations
- Consult students & decision making stakeholder about their skills & competencies
- Set expectations with students about potential job opportunities based on market benchmarks
- Coach students to help them grow their academic performance
- Keep records of student interactions and analyse process outcomes
- Follow ethical communication procedures, guidelines and policies

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English & Hindi language
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Student orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personas.
