**About Us**:
4Champz is a premier sports and performing arts training institute, providing expert coaches to schools across India. We are currently hiring a passionate and qualified **Basketball Coach** for one of our esteemed client schools.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct engaging and structured basketball training sessions for school students.

Develop students’ skills in dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, and overall game understanding.

Organize intra-school and inter-school basketball matches and prepare students for tournaments.

Maintain discipline, ensure safety, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship.

Coordinate with school management and 4Champz operations team regarding schedules and performance.

Track student progress and submit monthly performance reports.

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in coaching basketball (school-level experience preferred).

Good command of basketball fundamentals and game strategies.

Ability to manage students across different age groups.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Availability during school hours.

**Preferred**:
Coaching certification or relevant sports degree.

Experience working with children or in educational settings.

First aid certification is a plus.
