**Position Overview**:
As a Counselling Psychologist, you will provide psychological support to clients and use your expertise to expand our outreach and improve our service delivery. This unique combination of skills will enable you to contribute to both direct client care and the strategic marketing initiatives of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions, providing support and guidance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that promotes mental health awareness and the services offered by Samrasa Foundation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Offer training and workshops related to mental health that can be promoted through digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in psychology and digital marketing to ensure that our practices are current and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Counselling Psychology preferred).
- Proven experience as a counselling psychologist, with a minimum of 1 years in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
