- Making outbound calls to potential donors or sponsors to explain the mission and objectives of the non-profit organization or charity
- Building a rapport with potential donors and creating a personalized approach to persuade them to donate
- Developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to achieve donation targets
- Maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and donation amounts in a CRM software or database
- Collaborating with other team members, such as fundraising managers or event coordinators, to achieve fundraising goals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest fundraising trends and techniques to improve fundraising results
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings to improve fundraising strategies and techniques
- Providing excellent customer service to donors and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Ensuring that all fundraising activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines
