**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall **marketing strategy aligned with company objectives**.
- Lead the **brand, digital, performance, and content marketing** teams with a data-driven approach.
- Oversee **market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights** to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage **multi-channel marketing campaigns**, including digital, traditional, influencer, and event-based strategies.
- Drive **customer acquisition, retention, and engagement** through targeted initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, partners, media, and external agencies.
- Define and monitor **KPIs and ROI metrics** for all marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent **brand voice, identity, and messaging** across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team with a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Handle marketing **budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource planning** effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience (5+ years)** in senior marketing roles, preferably as a CMO or VP of Marketing.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of **branding, digital marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, performance marketing**, and campaign analytics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
- A disciplined, structured, and ethical approach to leadership.
- **MBA or Master’s Degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
