**Role: Telecalling Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Industry**: Real Estate

- Manage inbound and outbound calls from real estate customers.
- Effectively address customer queries over the phone.
- Cultivate and nurture profitable relationships with customers, conducting follow-up calls.
- Provide thorough explanations of property details to customers.
- Extend invitations to clients for site visits based on sales leads and individual preferences.
- Demonstrate effective communication and coordination with team members.

**Required Skills**:

- Freshers or a minimum of one year of experience are required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Excellent fluency in English.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
