**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK and US clients regarding insurance billing queries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Pitch existing services to clients, upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software

**Work Schedule**:

- Night Shift: 7 PM - 4:30 AM (Indian Standard Time)
- Weekend working based on client requirement

**Requirements**:

- 0-6 months of experience in customer service/voice process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a night shift environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with insurance billing processes (desired)
- Proficiency in English (mandatory):

- Fluent in English with a neutral accent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and respond to complex customer queries

Graduation or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
