
Legal Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Contract Management**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and construction contracts.
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Legal Research and Compliance**:
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting the real estate and construction sectors and provide updates to management.
- **Dispute Resolution**:
- Assist in resolving legal disputes, including negotiating settlements and representing the company in mediations and arbitrations.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- **Advisory Support**:
- Provide legal advice to management and internal teams on various legal matters, including property acquisitions, zoning issues, and compliance requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- **Document Management**:
- Maintain an organized database of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure all legal documents are properly filed and accessible.
- **Due Diligence**:
- Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title searches and property assessments.
- Review and analyze land use, zoning regulations, and environmental laws relevant to the company’s projects.
- **Training and Awareness**:
- Conduct training sessions for staff on legal compliance and risk management practices.
- Foster a culture of legal awareness within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in real estate law or construction law are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the real estate and construction industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and contract management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
