**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Calls**: Contact prospective customers to introduce and promote our agricultural products and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- **Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the sales and product development teams to help improve our offerings.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, detailing progress and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role, preferably within the agriculture industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
